Inviting colleagues to a meeting

There are a number of ways in which you can call or be called to a meeting. Sometimes, meetings are announced by email or posted on bulletin boards. However, you are going to invite a colleague (in this case another participant from the course) by means of a video. In order to do so, you will have to create an account in the following WEBSITE to then record your invitation and share it. 
Remember to look for tutorials on the web. There are plenty of them available! 

Before completing the task, have a look at the following emails to get ideas on what to say and how to say it. Don't forget to complete the multiple choice activity suggested to check you have understood the phrases in bold type.
